The new season of Warzone has just dropped and two new guns along with it. The Fennec, based on the popular Vector SMG, and the CR-56 AMAX, heavily tied to the Galil assault rifle. But how can you get your hands on these guns and what attachments should you be be using?
In this article we will focus on the CR-56 AMAX. To find out more about the Fennec, click HERE.
The CR-56 AMAX is a high damage fully automatic assault rifle that sits somewhere between the SCAR and the AK47. The handling of the gun is fairly similar to that of the AK but with less recoil and a higher fire rate. The standard magazine has 30 rounds but can be upgraded to 45. Compared to the SCAR, the CR-56 AMAX offers a bigger magazine and slightly better handling but the SCAR wins in accuracy and fire rate between the three. The CR-56 AMAX offers a nice balance between the SCAR and AK and overall offers improved handling which is certainly welcome.
The CR-56 AMAX unlocks for FREE for all players once they have reached tier 31 of the Season 4 Battle Pass. This makes the weapon accessible to everyone with quite little effort!
Nothing particularly special or surprising here but extending the range, decreasing recoil and increasing magazine size are obvious yet essential improvements. The extra stability and range will really help this gun perform over long distances where it can use its slower rate of fire to maximum effect. You’ll probably want to keep a fast firing gun ready as your secondary though. Consider akimbo renettis! More about them HERE.
Only time will tell if the CR-56 AMAX will become a breakout star in Season 4! For for now it looks pretty solid and certainly worth a try!
