There’s a way to make a lot of GIL quickly hidden in Chapter 14 of the recent FFVII remake. This may be quite a way into the game, but a little extra money never hurt anyone. Here’s our Final Fantasy VII Remake Chapter 14 GIL exploit.
Here you can start a conversation with an NPC named Johny. This will start the side-quest ‘Tomboy Bandit’. He’s lost his wallet and needs your help finding it. Now you can go and talk to another NPC, Kyrie in a nearby church for the next objective.
When you meet Kyrie, she will ask you to take care of some unsavoury characters for her at the Wall Market Coliseum. This isn’t as bad as it sounds. By this point in the game, this fight shouldn’t be too much of a pain. Here you’ll face the Beastmaster and his net pet, a Hellhound. Blizzard works well on the hound and fire spells on the Beastmaster himself.
This is your reward for the side-quest, (along with Johny’s wallet) and the ‘key’ to the exploit we’re about to use.
Once you’ve goth the key, head to the Corneo vault as seen below:
You’ll get tons of valuable items here that you can sell to merchants later on. Move on to the next step to see how you can farm unlimited GIL!
Now you can lay down a save and upon loading it up, all the crates will be back! You can now farm this exploit for as many valuables as you can carry, making yourself very rich.
It takes a little while to get there, but I hope you agree that the payoff is worth it. Spend your newfound fortune wisely!
