Horrible Call of Duty Warzone Texture Glitch is Leaving Players Furious
Call of Duty Warzone is probably as broken as it is enjoyable. Although the game is tactical, tense and arguably the best battle royale title on the market, each match is seemingly met with a new slew of messy bugs.
Season 5 Just dropped and unfortunately there’s already bugs plaguing the game. Most of them are harmless, if not mildly frustrating. But this Call of Duty Warzone Texture Glitch, is a game-breaker!
What is the Call of Duty Warzone texture glitch?
The bug starts in the Gulag, after spawning in, players are finding that the gun they’ve been given, is nothing but a huge untextured mess. Unfortunately, the enormous blob seems to cover a majority of the players field of view when aiming, making it almost impossible to eliminate the other player.
There is a small positive to take away, the bug seems to affect both players, so technically nobody has an advantage.
The Call of Duty Warzone texture glitch can spread pretty rapidly, however. As players come back from the Gulag they pick up guns and begin to swap them out, it will have the same affect on anyone in close proximity. We’ve seen it affect vehicles, weapons, whole buildings and even the train.
Timthetatman came across the same glitch during a Warzone tournament.
The bug obscured an enemy players’ screen, and eventually it took over the entire room they were in.
The Fix
Currently, nothing has been flagged by Activision. A fix is most likely imminent, However. Especially as more Influencers are threatening to quit Warzone for good if something isn’t done soon.
YouTuber CouRage has called it ‘the worst bug in the history of Warzone’. He then explains how it is ruining the game.
