The remaster of Mafia II contains all of the expansion packs and add-ons released for the original. One of these is Jimmy’s Vendetta, which has the millionaire achievement. The requirement for it is to gain 1,000,000 story or city points and is no easy feat! More specifically, get to ‘Luncheonette Natural Food & Vitamins’ a storefront that’s just South East of the Southern diner on the map.
Drive straight through its window. For whatever reason, this will reliably drop you out of the bottom of the world. As you fall through the ether, you’ll get city points for velocity.
Getting these points takes no input from you, but does take a long time to build up to 1,000,000. Starting from no city points, it takes about 4 hours, so best to leave it running and do something else for a bit. You also can’t save in this state, so the points do need to be gathered in one sitting for the achievement to stick.
