Digital Sun’s Moonlighter is an incredible game that has you working in a shop during the day. But at night, you’ll be fighting monsters and exploring dungeons. Regardless of which task you prefer, money is everything in this game! Fortunately for all you mini moonlighters, we have a working Moonlighter unlimited money glitch that still works in 2020.
Whilst you’re working in your shop, NPCs will stroll in and look at your wares, keep an eye on the ones who look interested.
If an NPC is interested in your item, a thought bubble will appear with three dots, as soon as it changes to a happy face, hit the ‘Place’ button.
If you’ve done this quick enough, the item has just been picked up and there is an empty slot where the item was.
Put the exact same item in the empty slot and raise the price to 9999999.
Once you leave the menu, the item will disappear
Head over to the counter so your NPC friend can make the purchase
If everything was done correctly, the NPC will happily pay 9999999 (What a great deal he’s getting!)
Side note: It’s worth mentioning that this Moonlighter unlimited money glitch definitely works and hasn’t been patched. It works on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. If you’re having issues with it, you need to improve your timing! It’s a ‘frame perfect’ glitch, meaning you have a very specific window of time to achieve it.
