The Outer Worlds Quick Money Item Duplication Glitch

Bits can be hard to come by in Halcyon. Hardly surprising for a dystopian corporate-ocracy, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a way around it! Here’s what you need to know to get all the Bits you could ever want with our quick money item duplication glitch!

1. Head to a shop!

Or merchant or cantina. Somewhere you can sell your soon to be millions of bits worth of duplicated goods. You will find yourself over encumbered pretty quickly. Best to be already next to the buyer, so you don’t have to waddle half-way across the solar system.

2. Unequip Adreno From The Inhaler But Have It In Your Inventory

Now go to the options for the Adreno and hover over drop. Don’t drop it though! Back out of the menu and Adreno should now be equipped in the inhaler.

3. Unequip Adreno Again And Move It To Junk

Once you’ve moved the Adreno to junk, you should find that it’s been equipped again. And your ready to start duplicating.

4. Find Adreno In Your Junk Tab And Remove It

When you remove Adreno from your junk it will move back to consumables whilst also staying in your junk tab. You’ve just duplicated the item!

5. For Fast Money Get A Big Pile Together And Duplicate That

Once you’ve got a sizable pile, you can remove all of your Adreno bar one to close up the glitch and start duplicating your even bigger pile of Adreno! I didn’t find an upper limit on this, but having 15,000 Adreno made the game lag significantly! I wouldn’t recommend having more than that in your inventory just in case. When you go to sell your huge store of Adreno, the game will register it as 3, but still give you 15,000 Adreno worth of bits. Winning.
