Hollow Knight Invincibility Glitch
Has Hollow Knight got you down with an enemy that you can’t defeat, or an area that you just can’t get through? If you’re in need of a simple aid that will grant you invincibility just about anywhere, follow the simple steps in this article! Note, however, that this method of invincibility cannot be enabled in Dream Boss fights! Here’s our Hollow Knight invincibility glitch!
Step 1
This method is a glitch, so you won’t need any mods or level abilities to go through with it. All you will need is Dreamgate (which requires 900 Essence) and Crystal Heart (which can be found in Crystal Peak). Firstly, head to King’s Station. The glitch can be performed in many locations but is easiest here. Around here you’ll find plenty of shallow water pools that are perfect for this exploit.
Step 2
This next step may take a little bit of practise. You’re going to want to fall into the water from a small height. However, rather than fall and land in the water, you’re going to need to get trapped underneath. To do this, you must open your inventory as soon as you step foot off the platform, when you begin to fall. You’re going to need to close the inventory as soon as you hit the water. If successful, when you open your menu, you’ll be lodged underneath the water.
Step 3
Now, open your inventory again and start walking in any direction. Hop onto the next platform that you come across and equip Crystal Heart. Now, you’ll need to do two things at once, so try and time it successfully! Begin by charging a Super Dash. Also, begin teleporting with Dreamgate. The knight will increasingly be flashing white due to Crystal Heart. Just as the knight reaches the end of flashing, release the Super Dash button. You should just perform a regular dash.
There won’t be any visible changes now, but rest assured, if you’ve done it correctly, you’ll now be invincible! You can test this by trying to collect items, because one of the downfalls of this glitch is that you won’t be able to pick up any Essence. Or test this the other obvious way, which is to confront an enemy and see if you take any damage!
