Call of Duty: The Best Loadout For The AUG In Warzone

Whenever I tell my team I’m using the AUG after we grab our loadouts, they all laugh.

Little do they know, the AUG shreds. It may be the first gun available in the SMGs tab, but it’s by far one of the most dangerous.

So what is the best AUG loadout for Warzone?

The attachments I’ve gone for below gives you a weapon with little to no kick when firing. If you give up a little fire rate and mobility, You can gain huge bonuses in accuracy, damage, and range, as well as a small boost to control.

BEST AUG ATTACHMENTS FOR WARZONE

The BEST AUG attachments for Warzone are:

  • Monolithic Suppressor (Muzzle)
  • FSS Heavy Stock Pro (Stock)
  • Commando Foregrip (Underbarrel)
  • 5.56 NATO 30-Round Mags (Ammunition)
  • Rubberized Grip Tape (Rear Grip)

Unlike the Grau, the AUG doesn’t have the greatest iron sights. If you can work with it, you’ll be able to keep the rear grip and stock, which give huge accuracy bonuses. If you need an optic, I’d recommend changing the rear grip.

PERKS FOR AUG LOADOUT IN WARZONE

  • Cold-Blooded
  •  (Once you find another loadout drop, swap to a class with Ghost and pick your guns back up)
  • Tracker

Equipment

  • Semtex
  • Smoke Grenade

Secondary Weapon

Using an RPG for splash damage mixed with the AUG for clean-ups is a legitimate strategy that works. This would also mean you wouldn’t have to use the Overkill perk, freeing you up to use Ghost straight away.

If you’re not a fan of limiting yourself with an RPG, using the AX-50 would be a great idea to give your loadout the long ranged boost it needs.
