How to Defeat FIONNIR THE MAD DRUID in Diablo 4 (VERY EASY)
If you’re wondering how to defeat Fionnir The Mad Druid, have no fear, we’ve got you covered, well.. have a little bit of fear because this is a pretty tough battle. This fight will have you take everything you know and throw it out the window. Phase 1
For Fionnir The Mad Druids first phase you’ll be fighting him as the wolf
This is 100% the easiest form you’ll face. A druids wolf form is all about dps with a lower defence, so all you’ve got to do here is get up close and beat the crap out of him. This whole phase can be handled with as much damage as you can put out, and it’ll be over in a very short time.
If you’ve got a friend to help, the person with the higher damage output should be beating up the boss, whilst the other player should be handling the minions.

Phase 2
For the second phase you’ll be fighting the Druid himself, this comes with good and bad news.
The good news is he’ll take a lot more damage from you, so you can get up close and hit him again. The bad news here is you’ll have to keep moving around and coming back to the fight as the boss has a lot more minions this time around, and he also uses a very annoying tornado spell. And if you stand in one of those tornados for too long, you’ll drop.
So the strategy for this phase should be about doing quick bursts of your most powerful abilities and then getting the hell out of there.
Again your friend should be controlling the minions especially the flying ones that can do a lot of damage in a short space of time.
Phase 3
The third and final form is a nightmare. The bear form takes a lot of damage, but it also hits like a truck! For any of you up close fighters like the rogue or barbarian, this is not your fight. The bear has an attack that spans out in 6 different locations that does some hefty damage, but if you’re right underneath the bear trying to sneak some shots in, odds are that this attack is going to wipe you out in one.
You’re going to need a ranged attack for this part of the fight, and you’ll also need to keep checking for that main attack because it will hit hard wherever you are.
I’d recommend the rogue keep moving around the map dropping poison traps when they can, the mage and druid both have plenty of ranged attacks to keep the bear at bay. The mages firewalls will come in handy here.
But for the Barbarian, I’d recommend assigning them the roll of keeping the minions at bay and buffing team mates. If you’ve not jumped into our discord yet and you want to try it solo as a barbarian, it could be worth using the manoeuvrability from whirlwind to stay behind the bear, hit him for as much as possible and then get the hell out of there!
