How to Solo Cinderace 7 Star Raid – IN ONE HIT!

We all hoped that the Azumarill builds we used for Charizard would wipe the floor with Cinderace, but unfortunately we couldn’t be more wrong. Cinderace is proving to be a tough opponent, with moves such as Acrobatics, we weren’t going to stand a chance. Fortunately, we have a way to ONE HIT Cinderace and the set-up is pretty simple. Here’s how to solo Cinderace 7-star raid – IN ONE HIT!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  1. Our Pokémon of choice for this 7-star Cinderace raid is a Slowbro which you can find in most bodies of water, I found mine in Casseroya Lake, but you can also just grab a Slowpoke and evolve it at level 37.
  2. Next, you’ll need to teach Slowbro the following moves Iron Defence, Psychic Terrain, Stored Power and Nasty Plot. Unfortunately, all of these moves will need to be taught through TMs, but trust me it is worth it! You get Stored Power here, Psychic Terrain here, Nasty Plot here, and finally you can get Iron Defence here.
  3. You’ll want to hyper-train Slowbro in HP, Defence, Special Attack, and Speed.
  4. You’ll then want to use HP UP and Calcium to max out health and special attack.
  5. Now it’s time to change Slowbro’s nature using the Modest Mint, this will push Slowbros Special Attack up, whilst lowering its attack. Fortunately, we’re not going to be using Slowbro’s attack.
  6. For an item to hold, you’ll want to give Slowbro a Life Orb, which will give Slowbro that extra bit of damage.
Slowbro!

HOW TO SOLO THE 7-STAR CINDERACE RAID

  1. The first thing you’ll want to do when getting into the raid is to use Iron Defence for the first 3 moves. Giving Slowbro a 300% 6-stage defence boost will make Cinderace’s moves laughably pathetic.
  2. For the next three moves, you’ll want to use Nasty Plot. This will give Slowbro a 300% Special Attack boost.
  3. For the 7th round use the move Psychic Terrain which boosts psychic moves by 50%
  4. Now it’s time for the big one… Stored Power! Stored Power is a weak move on its own, only hitting with 20 power, but for every stage your Pokémon boosts its stats, the move gains another 20 power. This means after 3 rounds of Iron Defence and 3 Rounds of Nasty Plot, Stored Power hits for 260. AND that 260 is being doubled by Psychic Terrain, and boosted by a further 20% due to the Life Orb Slowbro is holding. So when you finally hit Cinderace with Stored Power, it’s all over!
