So we finally got patch 1.09 and there have been some interesting buffs and nerfs in this patch! Here’s a great overpowered damage buff glitch for Elden Ring 1.09!

First, you’ll need to grab the Jellyfish shield.
If you haven’t got it already, you can find it on a broken wagon next to a corpse surrounded by four regular Jellyfish, directly north of the Foot of the Four Belfries Site of Grace.
Using the Jelly Fish shield that you get from this location you can infinitely stack the 20% damage buff given to you by the weapon skill, Contagious Fury.
Simply use the buff, switch it to your other side, and use it again. Alternatively, you can grab a second shield to avoid switching hands, but it still works either way. You can keep repeating this infinitely. On top of that, you can now have two hand weapons, and the buff will stay active. Remember, check out the video below to see the glitch in action.
Notice how hitting this guy with the regular Uchigitana I do around 700 damage. If I do the buff glitch a couple of times, I can now boost that to over a thousand.
On top of that, if I then go two-handed, things can start ticking up quite nicely.
