Red Dead Online received a major update lately, but unfortunately, no DLC or expansion packs have made their way over to Story Mode yet. However, this isn’t to say there still isn’t enough to do in the huge open world. If you’re looking to max out your money, follow this easy new Red Dead Redemption 2 huge money glitch!
First, you’re going to want to head over to Limpany. This is a small abandoned town found south of Valentine and north of Flatneck Station. Find the old Sheriff building and head inside.
On your left will be a desk. Go behind it and you’ll find a lockbox. Once opened, there should be a letter and a gold bar. Two important things here; do not pick up the gold bar yet! Secondly, if you see no letter unfortunately, this exploit will not work for you, as it means you’ve probably either been here already or already purchased the letter elsewhere. It’s usually the horse stimulant pamphlet. Making sure that you’re looking at the note and the gold bar in the box, pause the game, save the game, and now exit the game.
Boot up the game again from this last save. Head back to the location and open the box. Now, the glitch should have been activated and the gold bars are now infinite! Pick up as many as you can and take them somewhere to sell. They’re worth $500 a piece, so depending on how many you take, you do the math! Rinse and repeat this glitch for even more gold than you could possibly need.
