If you get home from a Poke-walk with only 0.2km’s left, it could certainly help! This is the type that you could do if you’re home ill and can’t get out, if the weather’s too bad, or even just when you’re watching TV! Every little helps!
If you go to the gym, or even have a home gym, try to keep your phone on your person while doing any cardio.
