Valorant is a new team-based, tactical FPS game, and its arguably one of the most talked-about games of 2020. Since release, the game has been victim to a plethora of glitches, bugs, and exploits. Which brings us to the Valorant network buffering exploit
Every day, players are finding problems with Valorant, But this time it was YouTuber Battle(non)sense who discovered how you can misuse the ‘Network Buffering’ function in Valorants settings. This feature allows you to be able to adjust how the 128 tick-rate servers react with your internet connection. If you for some unknown reason are in the middle of the country with very little internet. This feature will allow you to play.
Well, because of this feature, a player who has a perfect connection and can play the game on the default settings which would automatically place the ‘Network Buffering’ function on minimum. Turning it to ‘Moderate or ‘Maximum’ will create a glitched effect on your character and you will start juddering and in turn, becoming harder to shoot and hit.
As briefly mentioned above, the feature itself can be used to make yourself harder to shoot, the function is practically a ‘Lag Switch’. If you or your friends have ever experienced a lag switch wielding maniac in games like Call of Duty, Counter-Strike & Battlefield, You will understand the power of this toggle.
Here is the feature, skip to ‘Network Buffering Stutter’ in the video.
